Astral Ltd has been carrying out a programme of refurbishment and maintenance works at local NHS hospital sites across Kent, delivering high-quality improvements within live healthcare environments.

Works completed have included full bathroom and shower room refurbishments — stripping out dated fittings and finishes and replacing them with clean, functional, and professionally finished spaces. Specialist works have also encompassed damp investigation and treatment, with existing wall cladding removed to inspect for water ingress, repairs carried out where required, and spaces fully restored with new flooring and fresh finishes throughout.

All works are delivered with the operational demands of a live hospital site firmly in mind. Containment measures, dust suppression, and careful sequencing ensure that patient care and day-to-day hospital activity are not disrupted. Astral's team works closely with NHS facilities managers to plan and phase works responsibly, with care and community always front of mind.
