​Project:  Aspen House, Maidstone, Kent

A dilapidated nursing home requiring a full refurbishment and remodelling.  Whilst introducing new rooms Astral were also instructed to install new kitchens, install 18 new en-suites, lay new flooring and redecorate throughout, as well as a substantial amount of carpentry, joinery and masonry works throughout.

 

This project was a resounding success, leading onto additional works within the care home sector.
